Ty Brown

  • Founder & Managing Partner
Before launching TMG Capital Partners, Ty built her career managing multifamily development, preservation, and rehabilitation projects totaling more than $50 million in value. Her experience spans affordable housing, public-private partnerships, construction oversight, capital planning, and long-term asset stewardship.

Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of how multifamily communities are financed, built, improved, operated, and managed over time. This experience now informs TMG Capital Partners’ acquisition and investment strategy.
